People know that they can come to TurboTax and DIY their taxes. But what they don’t know is that they can come to TurboTax and NOT do their taxes. Because the TurboTax experience is now radically different than what people are used to — TurboTax now has experts who will do your taxes for you.

We needed a campaign that would rip the blinders off that people have about the brand, so we boldly told them to Come to TurboTax and Don’t Do Your Taxes. And once that grabbed their attention, we delivered the news that our experts would do their taxes for them so they could be free to do anything else.
